Kenneth Lewis, a distinguished native of the District of Columbia, is the proud proprietor of Kenphanie’s Bookstore. He is widely recognized for his wisdom, respect, strong moral compass, guidance, and patience.

From a young age, Kenneth was surrounded by elders, making every day a lesson in life—like a never-ending story. This upbringing sparked a deep appreciation for knowledge, which naturally led to his love of classic books. To him, there’s no better way to feed the mind than through great literature—while dressing the body in style.

Kenneth’s passion for fashion runs just as deep. Through Gawss by Infinite Gabvon Apparel & More, L.L.C., he brings a unique vision to life. Even as a teenager, he designed custom logos for various local businesses, driven by a dream of seeing his brand worn by the community. Over the years, this passion has grown into a mission—not only to stay active in design but to uplift others.

Following the advice of his father, Ken Sr., he makes it a priority to give back. Throughout the year, clothing is donated to those in need. Inspired by his mother Stephanie—who never let him forget to clean his room—the phrase “We clean up the build-up” was born in her memory.

Together, Kenphanie’s Bookstore and Gawss represent more than books and fashion—they represent legacy, purpose, and community.
